We really enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the pool area is lovely and relaxing. Highly recommended!

The hotel was very clean, and the reception staff were exceptionally kind, polite, friendly, and helpful. The bed was comfortable, and the food was also quite good. However, the only disappointment was the inability to get water in a jug or bottle from the restaurant or bar, despite having an all-inclusive package. Thankfully, the wonderful reception staff managed to provide some for us. I had intended to return, but I would like to be able to fully benefit from the all-inclusive service I paid for.

Nice hotel, well positioned but not direct to beach offering good services such as free beach towel loan with a small deposit. Huge, generally good buffet. Has a (possibly unique for the area) rooftop bar with a few sunbeds, jacuzzi and restaurant/bar offering a gourmet dining experience. It's a great chill out experience in the day/evening. Several pools including a child pool enclosed by security gates and various sports available. Rooms comfortable and pleasant. Evening shows and daytime activities are available and OK. Spa onsite with sauna/steam room, treatments,etc., but also able to use this for a shower before late departure. Would definitely stay again. All the staff very pleasant but apecial mention to Evgeny on reception.

Perfect base near the city center, good location, yet quiet. At first we thought the train would make a lot of noise but we could not hear it because trains are passing by at 20 km /h entering station . Big wide entrance . We had a childbugy and a weelchair so that was really easy ,there also place to store bikes or motos inside the building . Jan , the ghost responded immediately through messages on our questions , and gave us interesting tips about the restaurants . Big rooms, also bathroom quite big. Nice garden/ terrace. We found parking place just in front . But you have to pay .

Property offered all inclusive, which was nice? Great breakfast choices, great lunch & dinner choices. Lots of variety. Nice and relaxing pool and sauna area with bungalows. Staff was diverse, which was good and walking distance to the ocean beach. Also bus line was near, so you can explore the area via bus.

Junior suite was roomy, contemporary furnished, especially liked the bathroom. Sea view was lovely. Very nice pool area.

Friendly and funny staff! Good drinks, good food and drinks. Its a shop right outside the hotell. We had a suite and the best experience ever. The hotell is 10/10 clean, i dont know what more to say other than WOW… We had an amazing stay!

Our Suite was really nice and very spacious. The cleaning staff did a great job every day .Evening entertainment was very good by the activity staff..Reception staff were very helpful.indeed.
